This brand new 65 room motel will be located to the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Hugel Avenue and Highway 93. Hugel Avenue is to the south of the proposed site and Hurontario Mall is to the south side of Hugel Avenue. The Hurontario Medical Residential Centre is to the east. Vacant land is to the north and an A&W is to the west on the corner of Highway 93 and Hugel Avenue.

The motel’s neighbourhood features many big box retail outlets including: Super Store, Zellers, Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart, Galazy Movie Theatre and the Hurontario Mall. A number of restaurants are also located within this neighbourhood with an A&W adjacent to the new property.
