Management Acumen
Pacrim Hospitality Services' managers are well experienced in the hospitality industry, and are familiar with the policies, systems and procedures, and resources that must be put in place to succeed in the hotel and restaurant sectors.

Brand Portfolio
We are committed to continuing our policy of building on strong brands (for both our hotel and food and beverage divisions) that permit us to dominate the market segment in the locations where we operate in. The strength of our brand affiliations is evidenced by the superior ratings received from our hotel guests and from industry associations.

Scale
As one of the larger companies in the Canadian hotel and restaurant markets, Pacrim has the scale to support our core marketing and reservations functions. We believe that our aggregate size will contribute to lowering our cost of operations through purchasing economies in areas such as insurance, telecommunications, employee benefits, food and beverage, furniture, fixtures and equipment and operating supplies. Pacrim has also combined a state of the art web presence, an advanced technology call centre, and sophisticated database management software into an extremely effective marketing and customer relationship management program. This allows Pacrim and its affiliated companies to have a significant Internet presence.

Diversification of Cash Flow and Assets
We believe that the diversity of Pacrim's brands, the market segments served, revenue sources and geographic locations provides us with a broad base from which to enhance future revenue and profits. This strategic diversity limits our exposure to any particular accommodation asset, brand, or geographic region.
